As nail gun injuries become increasingly more common, so do the number of lawsuits dealing with them. In situations where an injury results from a nail gun mishap and you haven't at least read the manual, the question will arise as to who's to blame?

Nail guns make both industrial construction and home improvement projects faster and less labor-intensive. The device is easy to use; however, its simplicity is both its greatest strength and its greatest weakness. What, exactly, are the other benefits of using an automatic nail gun? And do those benefits outweigh the dangers?

Though taking precautionary measures when using a nail gun won't completely eliminate the risk of an injury, exercising certain degrees of caution when using the tool will greatly lessen the likelihood of an emergency trip to the hospital.
