Having taken down a large bridge, the flooding waters claimed a second; a railroad bridge holding a locomotive and several other rail cars added for weight. Put on hold the radiologist hangs up, doesn't speak directly to the ordering physician who never gets the message of blood clots being the positive finding. On the 8th of June the patient dies from a pulmonary embolism. Can this happen in your health care system? Is this your health care system? Or is it a story about health care from an undeveloped country?
