San Bernardino, California – July 2009 – I-215 is the interstate where four-cars were involved in a collision after one drove northbound in the southbound lanes.

Hillside, New Jersey – July 2009 – Wrong-way driver on Winans Avenue spun off of the roadway and then crashed into a home. The driver is a 37-year-old woman. At the time of the story no causes were established beyond careless driving.

Evansville, Indiana - July 2009 – A 28-year-old woman drove the wrong-way on I-164, driving southbound in the northbound lanes at freeway speeds. Her blood alcohol level is reported at more than twice the legal limit. (0.20) The time of the incident was just after 1:00 a.m.
