What Casandra Shannon needs today is a good lawyer. As she was turning into the LPL's lounge north of Harry Langdon Blvd. her pickup truck was rear ended by a Ford Escort driven by Jody L. Penny. It slammed into her so hard that she was pushed into an F-150 pickup and an F-250 pickup truck.

You know the law requires everyone driving to maintain a proper lookout and to drive at a speed that allows you to stop the vehicle you are operating within an assured clear distance ahead. Gott do it.... Hopefully Penny has liability insurance coverage or Shannon has uninsured motorist coverage.
