Watch this video from South Bend, Indiana and ask yourself if the suspect is resisting arrest and is the force necessary.

Steve: Being a police officer is a tough job and I am not an expert. But, to answer your "What's the Difference" question, one could point to this video and say: "This is the textbook definition of excessive force"! Thanks for bringing this to the public's attention. Society often too quickly assumes that the so-called perpetrator is the "bad guy". This video graphically points out that this is not always true. Regards, Mark

Thanks for stopping by to view this video. It's interesting the police did what they did knowing the video camera was on. It makes me wonder how often these are actually reviewed, how long the tape is saved and how secure they are from tampering. I wish I knew more about the answers to those questions.
