  Could this happen to you? You complain about leg pain. A medical test is run on the 2nd of June. The result is a positive finding. Put on hold the radiologist hangs up, doesn't speak directly to the ordering physician who never gets the message of blood clots being the positive finding. On the 8th of June the patient dies from a pulmonary embolism. Can this happen in your health care system? Is this your health care system? Or is it a story about health care from an undeveloped country?
