On September 22, 2007 the driver of an eastbound semi-truck ended up in the Coral Ridge parking lot after losing control of his rig. The accident remains under investigation. The injured driver, Craft, was taken to the University of Iowa Hospital via Johnson County Ambulance. The Werner truck was overturned in the collision sequence.

Without talking with the driver it is difficult to say what happened that caused the driver to lose control. Wind, a passing vehicle, inattention of the driver or some other cause may be the primary reason. Then again there may be more than one reason.
