• Pickup-Semi Crash Causes Death of Fort Dodge Man

  Steven Hedeen, a 49-year old man from Fort Dodge, was driving his 1978 Dodge pickup truck on Wednesday, July 11 on Highway 169. Hedeen was heading southbound on Highway 169 when he crossed the center line and collided with an International semi, driven by John Studer. Hedeen was thrown from the pickup and rushed to the hospital where he died from his injuries. Studer suffered minor injuries.
