Wrong-way drivers on I-80 Interstate are a problem

At the 104 mile marker east bound on I-80 a Honda Civic being driven by an unidentified driver was driving westbound and struck a 2005 semi-truck driven by Mann Ravinder of Bay Point, California. Mr. Ravinder is 36-years old. The driver of the Honda died in the collision. The collision occurred just before 1:00 a.m. in Dallas County, Iowa on I-80.

The Summary is as follows: VEHICLE 1 WAS WESTBOUND IN THE EASTBOUND LANES OF INTERSTATE 80, VEHICLE 1 STRUCK VEHICLE 2 HEAD-ON, THE DRIVER OF VEHICLE 1 WAS
PRONOUNCED AT THE SCENE, THE ACCIDENT IS CURRENTLY UNDER INVESTIGATION.
