This morning we covered a Minnesota case in which the county attorney had charged the another construction crew member with traffic violations from an incident in which the flagman had been run over and killed. I grew up in Rhode Island, a state famous since 1984 for it's cop who directs traffic in a way you've never probably seen before. I've watched Tony Lepore march in the Bristol Fourth of July Parade every year. But for those of you who've never seen him this is one of those rare treats. Before you watch let me say this is really a Providence Police Officer directing traffic. It is not a gimmick.
