Summary: A Herb's Garbage Hauling worker received serious injury when a trash bin somehow fell on him.

Description: It isn't clear just how this happened, but a bin that was being handled by a worker fell onto the worker causing him serious bodily injury. The AP reports through the The Gazette Online that the worker, ended up being trapped beneath the bin. It's unclear just what part of the emptying process the bin was in when it fell and exactly why the worker was out of the cab.
